This wooden bungalow built in 2013 in Ocean Park, a small and simple beach town surrounded by pine forests, around 12 miles west of Punta del Este, is only 350 feet from the beach and offers a beautiful view of the bay of Punta Ballena, thanks to its slightly elevated location on a dune.
The house has 1,290 square feet of living/usable space, encompassing a large, bright living/dining room, a small separate kitchen, three bedrooms, one with en suite private bathroom, and another bathroom.
Stretching across the front of the living room, facing west, is a covered terrace where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Río de la Plata, an estuary which seems more like the sea at this point where it is over 120 miles wide.
The town has a few small supermarkets. Other shops and a few restaurants can be found in nearby Punta Ballena, and of course, Punta del Este offers a full range of infrastructure.
Rooms: Living/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 en suite), 2 bathrooms
