Two small, well-maintained colonial-style houses on a beachfront lot in Tío Tom (near Punta Ballena).

These two small houses are identical mirror images of each other, differing only in their orientation. The property is on a corner, with each house facing a different street, and the two sections of land are slightly separated, which provides each house with considerable privacy.
