During the last 10 years the house has been permanently lived in. When moving in at that time, the kitchen and the bathroom as well as the water and electric lines have been modernized.
At the end of the property there is a thatched barbecue area and a guest house with bedroom, bathroom and a small living-room (plus kitchenette if desired).

Mainly within walking distance, the Solís resort provides quite a good infrastructure for daily purposes. At the mouth of the river Solís Grande and at only 15 kilometers from the well-known resort Piriápolis, the place offers high recreational values, also for water sports enthusiasts.
Running bigger or smaller errands is no problem thanks to the favourable setting between Montevideo and Punta del Este and the excellent transport connection to both towns. Hence there is no need to deprive oneself of cultural or social events.
