This 15,000-square-feet very well-maintained property is in a central yet still quiet location in the beach town of Solís.
Built in 1994, the house was extensively renovated in 2019 and can be moved into or rented out immediately.
Currently, the property is profitably rented out in the summer months. For this reason, a large part of the fittings and furnishings have recently been replaced, for example, the faucets, sinks, lighting, curtains, mattresses and mattress pads, etc.
The house has 1,175 square feet of living area. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with a very effective closed fireplace and natural stone walls, with an open-plan integrated kitchen connected to the dining area by a breakfast bar, as well as a bathroom.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, one with its own bathroom.
Thanks to the carport built on one side, there is weather-sheltered access to the living room and also the kitchen, which is of course a great advantage, especially after a shopping trip. As well, in addition to the covered barbecue area in the back yard, the space could of course also very easily be used as a terrace for the house.

The location is ideal for renting out, but also for your own use, of course. The beach is just 1,300 feet away, and the small center of this quiet, family-oriented beach town, with supermarkets, a hardware store and a few restaurants, is a mere 300 feet away. From the center there is also regular bus service to the well-known beach resort town of Piriápolis, which is 9 miles away and offers comprehensive infrastructure, with very good shopping options, a weekly fruit and vegetable market, a port where fresh fish is sold, a variety of restaurants and medical care.
