Situated between the ample beaches of the Portezuelo bay in Punta Ballena and the protected lagoon Laguna del Sauce, the very green residential area „Club del Lago” is of high recreational value. With an 18-hole golf course and the facilities of the beautiful Hotel del Lago at the lake´s shore – tennis courts, exterior and interior swimming pools, fitness center, spa, cultural events – you will find here a wide range of possible leisure activities.
The house is surrounded by pine forest and was built in 2010 in steel-framing dry construction. On a net living space of 850 square feet it offers a large living/dining room with integrated kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom as well as an open gallery which could be used as a second bedroom. From the living room you also reach a wooden corner terrace through large sliding glass doors.
The house has good insulation and is absolutely apt to be lived in throughout the whole year thanks to its double glazed PVC windows, a very efficient wood burning stove and air conditioning.
Besides the main house, on the 14,500 square feet property there is a guest house built in 2016 in wood-framing construction. It consists of living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom on a net living space of 580 square feet, and due to its location and good equipment could well be rented out to holiday makers.
In the garden there are several sitting places, a barbecue area as well as a smoke and pizza oven.
The next shopping facilities (supermarket, DIY-store, drugstore) and a few restaurants can be found in the small shopping center of Punta Ballena at only 1.5mi. Maldonado and Punta del Este offer a comprehensive infrastructure, both at nearly 6mi.
