This 11.6 hectare rural property, near Pando, is already being used for commercial farming purposes, and is especially interesting for people interested in pursuing self-sustainability, without too many demands.
The property is currently being used as follows:
– Olive tree plantation with 700 trees (600 have already reached the point of yielding a harvest, which was 2,800 kilograms in 2019).
– Pecan tree plantation with 60 trees.
– 0.75 acres of lawn (for use as grass turf) equipped with an irrigation system.
– Roughly 1.5 acres of native forest and eucalyptus trees.
