The buildings of this estate on the Ruta 11 have a total usable living area of 6,460 sqft and have been extensively renovated and extended from 2012 to 2014.
Apart from the living area of the huge main building – a very spacious living/dining room with integrated kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms – the extraordinarily big storage or work spaces are especially worth mentioning here. In detail, a large utility area, a hobby-room in the basement, three garages or workshops as well as two separated buildings for a shed with chicken coop and an 860 sqft barn.
