The peaceful beach resort El Chorro is located on the Atlantic coast between Punta del Este and José Ignacio. On the one hand, here you can find ample parts of the coast that are nearly untouched, and on the other hand there are also the popular surfer beaches that become crowded in summer, and the respective holiday flair of the adjacent resorts of Manantiales and La Barra with their many restaurants, cafes, boutiques and galleries.
Due to its good location and style, the house could also be successfully rented out to tourists.
