This bright and summery property is located in a very beautiful and park-like residential area close to Punta Ballena on the shore of the protected lagoon Laguna del Sauce. A little marina is part of the area where every owner enjoys a private berth to cast off towards the 13.500 acres lake which also offers excellent conditions for windsurfing.
At only 2.5mi away from the coast, this is the ideal surrounding for an easy life in and with nature combined with the security of an estate guarded around the clock and the advantages of the neighbouring resorts with their comprehensive infrastructure.
