This charming little holiday complex with three living units is located at only 300 meters from the beach in the small resort of Ocean Park, near Punta Ballena.
Since the property is on an elevated site, you´ll enjoy a view over the sea despite its location in the so called „second row“. (Officially, this part of the coast still belongs to the 200km broad estuary of the Río de la Plata, but the waters surf, color and salt are here already ocean-like.)
What distinguishes Ocean Park is its ample strip of protected dunes and the white, endless beach from where you can see as far as Punta del Este in the east and delight in the magnificent sundowns in the west. Ocean Park is a very quiet place and not even crowded in summer. For the daily needs there are several grocery stores and restaurants. A more comprehensive infrastructure can be found in nearby Punta Ballena and Punta del Este, on the Interbalnearia Road at 10 and 30 minutes respectively.
The three cottages have been built in 2017 in dry construction. Two of them have 29m2 with a living/bedroom, integrated kitchen and bathroom. The third cottage in the back of the lot offers a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom on 47m2.
All three cottages have their own cosy porch and offer, thanks to the nicely grown garden, enough privacy.
Of course it would be possible to use the bigger cottage for oneself and only rent out the two smaller ones.
