This house was built in 2001 on a 15,317sqft-property in Club del Lago, a wooded living area between the protected lagoon Laguna del Sauce and the coast at only one mile.

The green surroundings between the lagoon Laguna del Sauce and the Portezuelo bay with its beautiful and endless beaches, the possibilities for sports and recreation of the eponymous hotel with tennis courts, huge pool area, gym and spa as well as the Club-del-Lago-Golf´s 18-hole golf court, all of this guarantees a very high leisure value. Also Maldonado and Punta del Este are close by at only 6 and 9 miles.
