This small modern house in the popular beach resort San Francisco near Piriápolis has been built in 2024 and is ready to move in immediately.

Of traditional solid construction, the house offers on a living/usable surface of 829sqft a spacious living-dining room with a separate yet openly integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, one of them en suite with its own bathroom, and another bathroom.
