Located just 2.5 miles from the beaches of the wide bay of Punta Ballena, this chacra (country estate) has a private beachfront of its own on the eastern shore of the Laguna del Sauce, a beautiful lagoon that has protected status as a nature reserve.
From the house, especially under the light of the setting sun, there is a breathtaking view towards the west looking out over the lagoon with the Maldonado mountains in the background.
The ground floor of the house encompasses a living/dining area, independent kitchen, three bedrooms, all with en suite bath, and a guest toilet. Upstairs there is a light-filled studio/office with a view of the lagoon and access to the spacious rooftop terrace.
