35 acres chacra with 25 acres olive plantation near San Carlos
This 35-acres chacra (rural estate) is located just 28 mi from the coast, surrounded by picturesque scenery, in the foothills of the mountains of Minas. It is easily accessible from highway Route 39 via a well-maintained public gravel road that is passable all year round with a regular vehicle in any weather conditions. San Carlos, the closest large town, with a fairly comprehensive infrastructure including good medical care, is just 15 mi away.
25 acres of the property are planted with olive trees that are now between 7 and 8 years old, which means they can already be harvested. The last harvest yielded 3000 litres of olive oil.
There is a small, simple staff house with two rooms, a kitchenette and a bathroom, which could be used as temporary housing during construction of a main house.
The water supply currently comes from a river that borders the property. A request has been submitted for connection to the public water supply system. Water could also be supplied by a private well.
There is a connection to the public three-phase electric power grid.
If desired, the machinery (tractor, mower, etc.) can also be purchased.
