This 35-acres chacra (rural estate) is located just 28 mi from the coast, surrounded by picturesque scenery, in the foothills of the mountains of Minas. It is easily accessible from highway Route 39 via a well-maintained public gravel road that is passable all year round with a regular vehicle in any weather conditions. San Carlos, the closest large town, with a fairly comprehensive infrastructure including good medical care, is just 15 mi away.

25 acres of the property are planted with olive trees that are now between 7 and 8 years old, which means they can already be harvested. The last harvest yielded 3000 litres of olive oil.

There is a small, simple staff house with two rooms, a kitchenette and a bathroom, which could be used as temporary housing during construction of a main house.
