Farmland in a scenic location between José Ignacio and Rocha, near the Atlantic coast.
This parcel of farmland in the department of Rocha, located in the midst of beautiful landscape between National Highway No. 9 and the Atlantic coast beaches, is ideal for cattle raising but also perfectly suited to growing corn, soybeans or other grain crops. Rocha, the nearest large city, and the chic beach resort of José Ignacio are each a mere 19 miles away. The Atlantic coast is just 6 miles away.
In a small wooded area there are a small, well-preserved granary, an older house used as staff quarters, and a few basic cattle farming installations. Electricity is supplied by solar panels. Public electric power lines reach the entry to the property, which means a connection to the public grid can be requested at any time.
A small river and a stream wind through the property’s gently rolling grasslands, for which water is also supplied by a pond, while drinking water is provided by a private well.
