This 28.7-acres olive plantation, established in 2015, is conveniently located on the Ruta 8 national highway, around 13 miles north of the coast. The 3,100 olive trees, grown through exclusively ecological and means methods, are now ready to be harvested, and in a few years, they will have reached their full yield of some 20 kilograms per tree.

The house, originally built in 1975, was extensively renovated in 2015. It offers 1,100 square feet of living space, comprising a living room, a large kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has been permanently lived in and maintained and is therefore in very good condition and ready for immediate occupancy.
The price includes a tractor and agricultural equipment and tools. Furniture is not included in the purchase price.
In addition to the house there is also a former staff house that is currently used as a workshop and could easily be converted into a guest house, an approximately 70-square meter-barn, and a water tower with a 4,000-liter tank that is fed by a 115-feet-deep well.
There is a waterway that runs through the property, spanned by a recently built reinforced concrete bridge that has a very high load-bearing capacity for heavy agricultural equipment.
The closest town, Solís de Mataojo (6 miles away) offers good infrastructure, including a school and medical care. More comprehensive infrastructure can be found in the nearby coastal towns, in Punta del Este, about an hour’s drive away, or of course in the capital Montevideo, which is also only about an hour’s drive away.
