Vineyard with 7.5 acres cultivated on northern slope (facing the sun), near the coast

This ten-hectare plot of land is located on a prime slope in Sierra Carapé, just 15 mi from Punta del Este.

Currently, 7.5 of the 25 acres are planted with Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit-Verdot and Albariño grapes. The vines were planted between 2008 and 2011. Another 7.5 to 10 acres offer the ideal conditions for expanding the cultivated area.

The vineyards are equipped with an irrigation system fed by two water reservoirs.
