This property of 2.5 acres is part of the closed residential area „Plantación Narbona“, only 3.5 miles away from the Atlantic beaches of Manantiales.

The residential complex has a privileged location in the charming countryside at the national road 104 and comprises 56 chacras (small rural estates) of more or less 2.5 acres each. All belong to an agricultural cooperation that cultivates mainly fruit-trees, giving the area a homogeneous landscape.
