This undeveloped property is on the north shore of the Laguna del Sauce, which forms part of a natural protected area. It is reached by one mile of unpaved road that branches off the main road, Route 12, and is easily passable year round. The beach and a wide range of shopping facilities (supermarket, hardware store, pharmacy, service station, etc.) are about 9 mi away.
The property encompasses an idyllic 650-feet-wide strip along the shore of the Laguna del Sauce. The beautiful trees and scenic creek running through the property give it a fairy-tale atmosphere. The access road to the property is lined with trees.
Electric power lines reach the access road, and telephone and internet service can easily be installed as well. Drinking water would be supplied by drilling a well. The water quality is excellent.
