In front of the living/dining room, a bright sunny conservatory, with a grill, stretches across the entire front of the house, and offers a stunning view of the surrounding landscape.

The three bedrooms are in the older wing of the house, which was also partially renovated. For example, the master bedroom was expanded to include an en suite bathroom, and a terrace in front of it was enclosed to create a conservatory.

Thanks to the layout of the other bedrooms with a small covered terrace in front of them, combined with the attractive location of the property on the Ruta Panorámica highway, just 14 mi from the coast and 22 mi from Punta del Este, the house could also be used to operate a bed and breakfast.

The chacra is of course fully fenced and is divided into different pastures. There are also three former stables and a granary. It offers ideal conditions for raising small livestock.

A large barn is available for storing machinery, tools and supplies.

A eucalyptus plantation of approximately 2.5 acres also forms part of the property, and serves as a shady area for the livestock and a supply of firewood. Running across the property is a stream that has been dammed to form a small lagoon at the front of the property.
