This chacra (country estate), surrounded by beautiful landscape in the foothills of the mountains of Minas, is located on the Ruta 39 highway, between San Carlos and Aiguá. Punta del Este is around 50 kilometres away. Thanks to its elevated location, the house offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the rolling landscape and the mountains of Minas. This palm tree-filled area is famous for its mild microclimate.

The Provençal-style house, built in 2003, offers 120 m2 of living space encompassing a living room with fireplace, a visually separated dining room with open integrated kitchen, three bedrooms on a corridor leading off the living room, a bathroom, and another bedroom with private bath accessible from the outside, which could well be used as a guest suite. A covered terrace stretches along both sides of the living room. The house is in excellent condition. All of the windows are fitted with mosquito netting.

In addition to the house there is a 25 m2 shed with carport, also in very neat and well-maintained condition, and a tower with a 1,000-litre water tank to supply drinking water sourced from the property’s private well.

Aside from the water supplied by the well, there is also an excellent supply of water for livestock or agricultural use. A 300-metre strip of the property borders on a fast-flowing river. There are also several smaller streams on the property itself and a pond with an island and dock.

The soil is fertile and stocked with lovely native tree species and palms.

There are simple installations for cattle raising such as pens and a loading ramp. The fences are in generally good condition, but minor repairs are needed.
